SITE SUPPORT CONTRACTS WITH SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS

Comtech Support can provide remote support and administration as well as telephone, call out and on site support to clients with a Site Support Contract.


We are happy to enter into a support contract and service level agreement with businesses we have audited. Audited businesses may need to implement hardware and/or software updates to their systems before we can agree to support their site
